This collection put an end to the hopeless search of finding a matching lipliner for your lipstick – or vice versa if you’re starting with a lipliner first!
Lip liners are a must and lipstick doesn’t look the same without them. Naturally, I was drawn to one of the most popular lipliners of the bunch, “Edge to Edge.” I use the term popular because it was literally sold out after the initial release on the MAC website – even though they are all permanent colors in the MAC line.
MAC describes “Edge to Edge” as a dirty bluepink. It’s matching lipstick is MAC’s “Pink Plaid”, which has already been part of the MAC product line for quite some time. Their shade descriptions are exactly the same, which makes it easy to figure out the other lipliner/lipstick matches.
